Bank of Ghana Warns Against 20 Unlicensed Digital Loan Applications

On 5 November, the Bank of Ghana cautioned the public against using 20 digital loan applications operating without the required licence or authorisation. The warning reinforces regulatory obligations for digital lenders, although no new penalty schedule or compliance contract price was announced.
